What products do you supply?

We manufacture disposable steam eye masks, PCM cooling neck rings, cooling gel patches, instant cold packs, cooling towels, body warmer patches, foot warmers, self-heating insoles and herbal heating patches. We support both wholesale and OEM & ODM customization.

How do the self-heating products work? Are they safe?

Our self-heating products generate gentle heat via oxygen reaction. Temperature is controlled within a safe range. All materials are skin-friendly. For external use only. Do not apply on broken skin.

Can I wear the visible steam eye mask with contact lenses?

We suggest removing contact lenses before using the steam eye mask. The steam may affect your lenses and eye comfort.

Are cooling neck rings reusable?

Yes. Our PCM cooling neck rings are reusable. Place them in a cool environment or refrigerator to recharge cooling effect. Do not freeze.

Are your cooling patches and warm patches disposable?

Cooling gel patches, body warmer patches and foot warmers are single-use disposable products. Discard after use.

What is the shelf life of your thermal & cooling products?

3 years for most of our self-heating and cooling products. The expiry date is printed on each package.

Are your products skin-friendly for sensitive skin?

We use hypoallergenic raw materials. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a skin patch test before full use.

Do your products have relevant export certificates?

Yes. We have CE, MSDS and can support CPNP notification, FDA related documents according to your target market requirements.
