Cooling gel patches, body warmer patches and foot warmers are single-use disposable products. Discard after use.
3 years for most of our self-heating and cooling products. The expiry date is printed on each package.
We use hypoallergenic raw materials. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a skin patch test before full use.

Yes. We support custom printed packaging, private logo, different scents for steam eye masks, and raw material adjustment for cooling & heating patches.
We can offer product samples. Buyers cover the shipping cost. Sample cost will be refunded when you place bulk orders.
Stock items can be shipped within 3–7 days. OEM orders normally take 20–40 days after deposit and packaging confirmation.
